What is Leadership Coaching?

Leadership Coaching is about unlocking potential, building confidence, and increasing empowerment and independence - to maximise performance.

It’s about creating a confidential and safe space for leaders to unpack their thinking and feelings to make sense of it all.

From there, they can explore their options and decide what action to take, building confidence and effectiveness to be happier, healthier, and higher-performing.

What you can expect from Leadership Coaching with me?

I personalise the coaching approach to best match the Leader I’m working with and the required outcomes.

You can expect a person-centred approach, which means I don’t judge, I lead with empathy, and I honour their uniqueness.

I help the leaders I work with by challenging them, raising their awareness of accountability, and caring about their experiences and desired outcomes.

By working with me, leaders will better understand themselves and how they will achieve their goals. I help them take action and grow.

Additional Information

Great network of coaching colleagues

Due to my background, experience and open style, I aim to build a great rapport with all leaders. I recognise that there may be an occasion that the connection isn’t there, or the leader may benefit from a coach who mirrors their lived experience in a way that I don’t.

If this is the case, I can call upon a great network to find the right coach.

Memberships

I am a Member of the Association for Coaching. As a member, I follow their Global Code of Ethics.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), demonstrating my strategic knowledge and experience in people leadership and development.

I deliver remotely, for value and accessibility

From my experience, remote coaching is as effective as in-person.

It provides a greater opportunity for confidentiality and focus. It reduces travel time and the need for practical arrangements e.g., meeting rooms. I can also deliver coaching for leaders based anywhere in the world.

Qualifications and CPD

I’m qualified with an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive and Senior Leader Coaching and Mentoring.

I keep learning and to support that I undertake regular Coaching Supervision. This helps me to reflect and grow as a coach - it’s coaching for coaches!
