They can join for 6 or 12 months, and we combine a personalised plan, flexible and on-demand leadership learning and resources, 1:1 Leadership coaching and mentoring sessions, and group-based (in-person and remote) sessions for a full experience.

I create a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where Leaders can develop their thinking and action-taking.
Together, we enable them to understand themselves better and become more independent and accountable for their and their team’s performance, engagement, and development.
I’m a Level 7 ILM certified Executive and Senior Leader Coach and Mentor, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
